Terms of Use

Last updated September 8, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Introva (the "App"), published by Taoufik Jabbari ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Quick summary: Introva is a paid app, bought once on the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in your local currency. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no ads and no in-app purchase: everything in the App is included. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own store terms. Introva is a journaling tool, not medical advice. We cap the number of accounts and use a waitlist once the cap is reached.

1. The account cap and waitlist

To keep the weekly AI report running reliably on the infrastructure we operate, Introva accepts up to 500 accounts. Once that cap is reached, new sign-ups join the waitlist and are let in as capacity frees up. You will get a notification on your phone (and a personal email from us) as soon as your spot opens.

3. Not medical advice

Introva, including its weekly AI-generated report, is provided for self-reflection and journaling purposes only. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not medical or mental health advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use and account termination

You agree to use Introva lawfully and not to abuse the service, including attempting to bypass the account cap, interfering with other users, or misusing the App's infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, with or without notice, at our discretion.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
