Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Every tool processes your PDFs, images, and text directly on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded.

How do the free runs and ads work?

You get a few free, ad-free tool runs each hour. After that an ad appears between runs. The counter resets after an hour. You can remove ads entirely with a one-time Remove Ads purchase.

Does Astral need an account?

No. There is no account and no login. Every tool, and the Remove Ads purchase, works straight away.

I bought Remove Ads on another device.

Remove Ads is tied to your Apple ID. On another device signed in to the same Apple ID, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, and ads are removed.

Why isn't background removal available on my iPhone?

AI background removal needs a recent iPhone to run quickly and cleanly, so it's offered only on supported devices to keep the quality high. Every other tool works on all supported iPhones.

Which iPhones are supported?

Astral runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
